Year 10 GCSE PE
Our Year 10 students have been working hard over the last few weeks (either side of half term) working on their training programmes for their coursework. They have chosen areas of fitness they wish to improve for their sport and planned sessions in order to improve. All students are doing circuit training, but the pictures show the students on their second method of training, either Continuous, Fartlek or Interval. Students have had to monitor their heart rate throughout to see what training zones they are working in and evaluate whether their programme is beneficial to improve their performance.
