Congratulations to Inaya and Fergus for borrowing the most books in Year 7 and 8 respectively  – Fergus has borrowed (and read) a truly record breaking amount of over 300 books!

 

The LRC fiction section has now been arranged according to genre – Adventure, Fantasy, Horror, Mystery to name but a few- hopefully this will make it easier for students to find a book that they will enjoy reading. The Fantasy section is huge!

 

The most popular Accessit dashboard this term has been ” Star Wars”, with the Sixth Form dashboard and Rainforests as runners up.  Manga books were the most borrowed among Year 7s with the Year 8s favouring The First Year by Matt Goodfellow; the Year 8 book awards committee will meet Matt at the Trafford Book Award ceremony in March at Sale Waterside which we are very much looking forward to.
