Great Biology Bake Off

This term we welcomed the return of The Great Biology Bake Off and it, as always, proved to be one of the most popular events of the year, especially amongst our younger pupils.

Nearly 30 individual entries were delivered to Room 29 and the results were a remarkable array of biological bakes. There were a multitude of brains and eyeballs, cells and organisms with some of the most creative baking Wellington has ever witnessed. There were even some gruesome dissections with very realistic organs. The quality was so high that our staff had a tough time with the judging.

A tremendous well done to everyone who entered. Your Imaginative quality bakes have set a new standard that will be hard to beat!

Eventually, 5 winners were chosen:

Congratulations to: Beau Pearson – Year 7, Zeta Thorns – Year 8, Edward Hoskins and Reece Gresty – Year 9

Here are some of the other marvellous creations.

Well done to everyone who took part! You are awesome.
