Geography GA Worldwise Quiz

Over the past few weeks at Geography club, students in Key Stage 3 have been training to compete in the GA Worldwise Quiz, hosted at MMU Business School. 

Well done to all those who took part in the weekly heats. It was a tough decision, but after a few final rounds, the team was decided. On the team was Daisy Bennett (Year 8) James Kirkup (Year 8) and Chris Brandt (Year 9).

With 13 teams eager to win the GA trophy competition was tough. The students did exceptionally well. They held their nerve and approached each round with enthusiasm and focus. 

We are so proud of how the students did. We might not have won this year, but we came extremely close! Bring on next year!
