❤️ Wear Red Day 16th Oct – Standing Together Against Racism! ❤️

What a fantastic Wear Red Day we had last Friday! Our pupils wore beautiful red bows and lots of Manchester United shirts with pride, showing their support for standing up against racism. We also had a hugely successful donut sale at break time, which proved so popular that we had to call in our very own senior leadership security team, Mr Holt and Mr Tomlinson, to help manage the crowds! 🍩😂

A massive thank you to our local Sainsbury’s in Altrincham for their incredibly generous donation of donuts, and to all the pupils who helped organise, sell and volunteer throughout the day – your hard work was rewarded with some well-deserved Sour Patch sweets!

It is wonderful to see our pupils getting involved in such a positive cause, showing compassion and a real desire to make a difference. Together, we have raised in excess of £650, which will be donated to Show Racism the Red Card to help them continue raising awareness, educating communities and empowering people to stand up against racism.  We are incredibly proud of everyone who got involved and look forward to bringing you more exciting events in the future. Together, we can make a difference! 🙌
