The Wellington Book Awards Committee was invited to Altrincham Library on Thursday this week for an exclusive behind the scenes tour. After hot chocolate and snacks the 9 pupils from Year 8 had a good peruse of the shelves and were able to sign up for a Trafford library card so they could borrow books there and then.

 

Eva said ” It was really fun to be shown all the new books they had and I am extremely happy about my new library card – I am definitely going to go to Timperley library at the weekend!”
