Huge congratulations to Ava Cockayne in 10RJN who has been selected as the first choice goalkeeper for Lancashire’s U15s A team in lacrosse. Ava has previously played in this position for the B team, so her promotion to the A team is a reflection of her intense work in training and her honing her considerable sporting skills. Ava’s team will be playing Shropshire, Cheshire and Yorkshire on 7th December at Harrogate Ladies College, and I wish her all the best in this fantastic new role in her sporting journey! Go, Ava!
