Bronze Duke of Edinburgh – Expedition 1

Well done to the 72 students who completed their Bronze DofE expedition in Rivington last weekend. All groups excelled in their teamwork skills, showed an incredible amount of resilience and worked well at their navigation skills.

A number of groups stood out over the weekend with great teamwork from group 4, comedy provided by group 6 and extra miles and questionable navigation from group 12 – although this did not dampen group 12’s spirits!

We could not have done this weekend without the support off all off the Wellington staff, a massive thank you to them.

Well done to everyone and I look forward to seeing how Expedition 2 fair next weekend.
