Congratulations to the U14 girls hockey players who played their first Trafford tournament on Wednesday. 

 

Looking smart as ever in our school kit, we played a round robin tournament against Loreto and Lymm. We beat Lymm 3-0 and drew with Loreto, who also beat Lymm 3-0. This meant both Wellington and Loreto were completely tied for the top position! Well done to all who played and especially to Lara Hornby from Year 7 and Emma Blackburn from Year 9 who were voted for as joint player of the day by their teammates-this was also Lara’s first school tournament!
