On Monday, Year 7 had the exciting task of choosing a book from ‘The Great Big Wellington Book Swap’. Over the last few weeks, pupils have been donating a book to the swap- something they have read and loved. On Monday, it was their time to choose a new book to read over summer and it was a marvellous sight to see! Students were choosing books from a wide variety of genres, talking about books and even reading them on the corridors during the day! We hope that year 7 will embrace the reading of their book over the summer and we look forward to hearing all about it in September.
