English ‘Library of Legends’

Well done to the students who have been selected for the English ‘Library of Legends’ board this half-term. Their teachers had this to say about them:
Seb Heaton: your enthusiasm is fantastic and you support your class mates with your interesting ideas! Well done, Seb!
Sam Kavanagh: You always get really stuck in during lessons and answer lots of questions- well done!
Genna Leung: Really sophisticated analysis of texts – so full of clever inferences and insights.
Olivia Edwards: Amazing resilience attending English lessons and actively participating contributing lovely and insightful ideas.
Lucy Garratt: Lucy consistently works hard in English Literature, and has shown a great understanding of Inspector Calls and is making great progress
Lara Ahmed: Lara is dedicated and hardworking student in English. She has made great progress throughout Year 7 with her  understanding and analysis of the texts we have studied as well as demonstrating imaginative and thoughtful writing. Well done, Lara!
Martha Adams: An exceptionally perceptive student who approaches new learning and ideas with sophistication, nuance, and considerable analysis! A pleasure to teach!
Lance Timperley: Lance has a consistent and hard-working approach in English. He has been very resilient when attempting some challenging work this half term and is always positive about new challenges.
Emily Gray: Emily is committed to all aspects of her work in English. Her understanding and analysis of the texts we have studied is excellent and I always enjoy her writing, due to its originality and creativity. Well done, Emily!
Noah Roberts: Noah has improved by two grades in his English Literature mock – going from a Grade 4 to a Grade 6. Noah has worked incredibly hard to achieve this and I am very proud of his efforts. Well done, Noah!
