Wellington Reading Bulletin
On Friday 20th November, it is World Children’s Day. This day was first established by the United Nations in 1954 and is celebrated each year to promote international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide and to improve children’s welfare.
To mark this event, the attached edition of the Wellington Reading Bulletin contains recommendations of books that feature different voices and experiences of children and young adults from across the world. We hope you find the recommendations useful and please let us know if you particularly enjoy them!
