Miss Hodges provides and update on training for the South Africa Tour:

“This week we had the first training session for the South Africa squad. The girls have bonded well and learnt their squad warm up routines. We’ll be carrying on with weekly sessions to improve our skills, tactics and set plays in preparation for our international fixtures!”
