Mrs Golden awards her star of the week to Matthew Firth in Year 10 for producing some fantastic work on percentages this week. Well done for challenging yourself and not giving in at the first hurdle. Keep up the good work.
Mrs Mackay awards Isabella Ratcliffe in Year 10. She comments that since the start of the new school year Izzy has shown that she is a dedicated, committed, hard-working student, who always approaches all that she does with sincerity and determination. Izzy is successfully meeting the challenges set by Higher GCSE Mathematics and is always eager to complete extension work. Extremely pleasing so far Izzy, keep up the excellent work!
Mr Fellowes has two award winners this week; Alfie Hewitt in Year 10 and Ellie Quantrill in Year 8. He comments that both pupils are putting lots of effort into their work and challenging themselves in Mathematics. Well done Alfie and Ellie.
Miss Cradick is delighted to award Kai-Thomas Swain in Year 8. Kai has worked really hard this week to revise for the assessments. He has also worked sensibly with his peers and been able to give excellent explanations to help them progress. Good work Kai!

Her homework is extremely well attempted and Hannah shows determination to understand all challenging areas of the subject. I am extremely proud of you and all you have achieved so far this year. Well done Hannah!
