Living Edge Magazine School Arts Competition

“Great news for some of our #Wellyartstars” writes Miss O’Malley. “We have had three of our students selected to take part in the annual Living Edge Magazine, School Arts Competition.

Jemima Buckley (Year 8), Jim Cannon (Year 11) and Michael Barker (Year 13) have all been chosen to have their work exhibited at the Lowry Arts Centre on Saturday 3rd March. At the exhibition, the exhibitors will all receive a gift from Fred Aldous and await the judge’s announcement of the winners at 11am.

The Art Department had tonnes of fabulous work to choose from, but a special congratulation goes out to our three chosen artists – such a big achievement.”
