French Exchange

“This week we welcomed our French Exchange party from Marcq-en-Baroeul near Lille. We have had a great week, with lots of activities including a trip to Quarry Bank Mill where our French students took part in a lesson in the Apprentice House; a visit to Liverpool to learn all about the Beatles and their music, with some of our pupils even learning to jive; and an informative visit to the Museum of Science and Industry. We are delighted that they have brought some sunshine with them and we are looking forward to partying with them in the Vale Hall this evening for our Farewell Party. The students have formed great friendships and we are now very excited for our return trip to Lille in May.”
