Busy & very festive time in the 6th form!

Foodbank

The troops are gallantly going around the tutor bases and drop off points collecting donations from all the kind students and staff in school.

We are still collecting until Tuesday the 15th if you want to add to our collection, every donation will help a family less fortunate than many of us.

Then Mr Woolley from site staff is helping to transport it to the South Trafford Trussell Trust, so they can distribute it.

A huge thank you for all your donations so far and a huge thank you to our wonderful 6th form for getting it all organised.

Christmas Jumper Day

The festive woollies, decorative earrings and headpiece or two were all donned by our 6th form and staff today in a fund raiser for Fare Share, the charity Marcus Rashford is supporting, providing meals for families and preventing food waste.

Everyone looked very cheery and sparkly in their festive knits, we’ll let you know our grand total of monies raised soon.

Christmas windows

The students in 6th form have been helping send a cheery festive message as soon as you enter the school – not that our lovely office angels don’t already do that!

But beautiful designs have been drawn onto the windows spelling out Christmas messages.

Well worth a walk down Welly Road for a sneaky peek!
